Throughout the year Hy Court Farm offers ongoing support and training through lessons, clinics, seminars and short and long courses with a varied schedule of events.
Hy Court Farm Clinics
To best meet the needs of the horse community and continue to foster the development of refined horsemanship, Hy Court offers a wide variety of clinic formats.
Versatility clinics are offered throughout the year. These two hour, small group sessions focus on the correct use of the aids when applied to versatility obstacles. You will learn how to present situations to your horse in a way that builds confidence and partnership. Riders are encouraged to ask questions and participate in discussions. Versatility clinics are also a fantastic opportunity to prepare for the Hy Court Farm Horse Shows!

One to three day clinics are held at the Farm covering all aspects of horsemanship and building solid fundamentals. One day clinics are an excellent introduction to the Hy Court program, while the three day Classical Horsemanship Clinics allow more in-depth, personalized work. Both one and three day clinics are limited in size to promote individual attention. Clinics will include private and semi-private lessons, group rides, lunge lessons, video review and discussion and “roundtable” discussions of horsemanship theory.
Other Educational Opportunities
Throughout the year, Hy Court hosts unmounted one-day seminars covering a number of equine-related topics from invited experts. These seminars cover topics including; saddle fit, barefoot trimming, acupressure, nutrition, training, and much more.
Hy Court also often invites other clinicians with shared philosophies to conduct clinics throughout the year. Please check back often for more information about our schedule of programs. Contact us to join our mailing list to be notified of upcoming events.
