Hy Court Sporthorse Collection

As a discerning rider, you set a higher standard for yourself. As a result, you desire more from your partnership with your horse and understand the importance of a stewardship to the relationship.

The Hy Court Sporthorse Collection showcases horses representing exceptional bloodlines and outstanding mental readiness. These horses have received careful structured handling from birth and have been exposed to varied social environments designed to lay a solid mental, emotional and physical foundation.

Hy Court lives the importance of how the handling of the initial learning for the foal sets the stage for his success in life ... to be confident and curious in the world around him ... to be eager to learn ... to be trusting. From this place, the horse brings an openness and willingness to the partnership with the rider.

HY COURT JOKER  2003 Bay & White Pinto Sporthorse Gelding (Hall Decked Out x Haughty Marietta xx)

This flashy, easy-going gelding is an excellent partner for any discipline. Joker is quite the character, with personality to spare and a wonderful temperament.  His sire is a very successful Hunter on the East Coast, with good ribbons in the International Hunter Futurity.  Joker jumps small courses with great form and hacks out confidently on the buckle alone or in company.  He has three flowing balanced gaits and is progressing nicely. Joker stands at 16.1 1/2 hh.  Congratulations to Sue Brooks Littlefield on her purchase of Joker!

ABSINTHE  1994 Chestnut Hanoverian Gelding (Akzent II x Gerona)
Absinthe carries all the presence, movement and stature of his lineage. He has been competed to 4th Level and schooled to Prix St. George. Absinthe is a very special horse with three phenomenal gaits and an extraordinarily balanced carriage.  He was imported from Germany, and will make a wonderful schoolmaster for a confident rider wanting to move up the levels.  Absinthe is 16.3 hh.  Congratulations to Valarie Porter-Cranor on her purchase of Absinthe!
